Josh Randall, Owner
Josh Randall is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries over the past three decades. Holding an MBA and a BA, Josh has excelled in key leadership roles across construction management, manufacturing management, and insurance operations. His varied experiences have sharpened his leadership skills and strategic thinking, empowering him to drive operational efficiency and ensure organizational success.
Throughout his career, Josh has prioritized quality and operational efficiency as the cornerstones of the companies he leads, consistently delivering strong results.
Beyond his professional achievements, Josh is passionate about outdoor activities and cherishes spending quality time with his family, maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.
A.J. Keirn, Owner
 A.J. Keirn is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over 20 years of experience, beginning his career with the Houston Police Department in 1991. Early in his tenure, A.J. was assigned to the Northeast Patrol Division, where he worked in some of Houston’s most challenging neighborhoods. His exceptional work earned him a spot on the Division’s first Gang Task Force, where he played a key role in identifying gang members, investigating organized criminal activity, and building complex cases for prosecution.
During this time, A.J. also participated in numerous undercover vice operations, focusing on prostitution rings in the area. His involvement in these operations led to the successful prosecution of numerous offenders.
In 2000, A.J. relocated to the Leander Police Department in Williamson County, Texas, where he quickly rose through the ranks to lead the Criminal Investigations Division. In this role, he handled a wide array of serious cases, including major criminal activities, high-profile investigations, corporate crimes, and child abuse cases. His close work with local schools and large corporate entities resulted in numerous successful prosecutions in both State and Federal courts.
A.J.’s dedication to child protection earned him notable recognition, including the Law Enforcement Investigator of the Year Award from the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center in 2006 and an Honorable Mention in 2007 for his work on child abuse cases.
In 2012, A.J. transitioned to the private sector, bringing his extensive investigative experience to a new realm. Throughout his career, A.J. obtained his Master Peace Officer License and completed over 2800 hours of in-service police education, with a focus on homicide investigation, child abuse, and sexual assault.
Today, A.J. Keirn is a highly skilled, versatile, and discreet private investigator, applying his vast law enforcement experience to achieve successful outcomes for his clients.
